POWER (Positive Opportunities, Wellness, Education and Responsibility)

An 8-12 week post care program for adolescents who have successfully completed a more intensive level of care such as IOP, PHP or IHBT. Completing a high intensity treatment program is a big accomplishment, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that there’s not more work to do! During the weeks and months after completing treatment, individuals in recovery are still at risk for relapse. Having a dual diagnosis such as depression and chemical dependency increases the risk of falling back into addictive behaviors and self-destructive patterns. Post care programs help minimize that risk, and keep you moving forward on the road to a recovery. With the right kind of assistance and therapeutic support, you can maintain your hard-won sobriety and build a solid foundation for recovery.

How to Register: Teens who have completed a more intensive level of care. Teens can be court ordered or voluntary. Families can call the office and request participation.
